Terms of service

LoveStrum creates original songs from the stories and details you submit. Songs are created with digital music production tools and are not an imitation of a named artist or an existing song.

After checkout, submit the recipient and story details requested on the order page. Delivery timing starts when we receive a complete story submission: Standard orders are delivered within 24–48 hours and Express orders within 12 hours.

Your order includes an MP3 with its lyrics and cover. One free lyric revision is included. A rewrite or full refund is available before final delivery if the revision still does not meet your expectations.

We share your story and song only with people helping fulfill your order. We will not post a recipient's face, voice or reaction without written permission.

Contact hello@lovestrum.com with order questions.
